Payments and Monthly Reports
The first step is to mail an information package to the client in prison. The package is identical to the website and contains a one-page agreement. The client signs the agreement and mails it back.
Upon receipt of the retainer, we will begin the process. Monthly reports will be issued to the client and client family. Please make sure the family return address is on the envelope, and inmate name and prisoner number is on the check.
If a private investigator is on the job a copy of that report will only go to the family.
Payment plans are available. Veteran discounts and senior citizens discounts are also available.
Once we have corresponded with our client we will need to send them an authorization form and information sheet to sign, fill out and return.
Clients may call, as long as they are paying for the call, we are in the office Monday through Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm Eastern time.
We will also communicate to our clients through the prison email service.

We are not lawyers or private investigators, but we will retain one if we deem it appropriate.
Sentence reductions are at the discretion of the prosecutor as to manner and method.
This is the process of last resort. This is an opportunity to give back to the community by solving an unsolved criminal case in the local District of conviction which opens opportunities for potential sentence reductions parole probation and other type of relief. You should first exhaust all of your normal legal options. There's no guarantee of success.
